By developing and growing city-backed grants and low-interest loan programs, we can empower homeowners to make necessary repairs and energy-efficient upgrades. Additionally, I’m committed to collaborating with local organizations to revitalize vacant or deteriorating properties, transforming them into opportunities for growth and prosperity.
